Our team will get in touch with you to confirm details, pricing and provide a proof for your approval before production begins.

Do you offer bulk orders for events?Yes, we cater to both small and large events. Whether you're hosting a small gathering or a grand celebration, we can create luxury party favors for any size order. Contact us for bulk pricing and timelines.

How long does it take to receive my order?Order processing time typically takes 7-10 business days. For customized items, it may take up to 14 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, but we also offer expedited shipping for those in a rush. Be sure to plan ahead, especially for large events!

Can I return or exchange my items?Since many of our products are customized, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make sure to resolve the issue promptly.

What if I need to make changes to my order after it's been placed?If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes if the order hasn't yet entered production. Once an item is in production or has been shipped, changes are not possible.
