Order processing time typically takes 7-10 business days. For customized items, it may take up to 14 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, but we also offer expedited shipping for those in a rush. Be sure to plan ahead, especially for large events!

Since many of our products are customized, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make sure to resolve the issue promptly.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes if the order hasn't yet entered production. Once an item is in production or has been shipped, changes are not possible.
